Aromatherapy Foot Bath

For sore, tired, worn-out feet, try an aromatherapy foot bath. Fill a container (large enough to fit both feet) with very warm water and add a few drops of essential oil. Then sit back, relax and give your feet the pampering they deserve!
Following your foot bath, moisturize your feet with a rich foot cream to keep them looking and feeling silky smooth.

Recipe to sooth and energize tired feet:

  • 2 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 2 drops Lavender essential oil
